It's close enough to a pita that you could also use it for a gyro or falafel. I definitely want to make a falafel with humus with it.

You mentioned difficulties with gluten free sandwich bread. I have modified a version of the King Arthur's Gluten Free sandwich bread that works well. I substitute oat milk, plant based butter, and flax eggs. My family loves it.

I actually made this and I'm not a baker they came out good I added scallions to the dough. And made some of them to hamburger patty size so you could put a burger or portobello mushroom in between them.I'm excited thank you so much for sharing and doing your testing you're my favorite YouTubers
