3 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup broccoli – – cut into florets
1 cup snow peas
1 medium red bell pepper – – cut into squares
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
