You're in Austin? I'm in Austin!
i'm finding I have to wait a LOT longer for my active dry yeast to bloom. any suggestions? Yes it's fresh
Hey Josh I'm just wondering, what does adding milk and butter help do to the dough/bread? Help make it fluffier or? Noted when I been making bread seems light but also a little dense. (Just found your video on bread today)
Please make beef rendang
Any one know the name or artitist of song playing through 0:27?
I agree with Josh… When it comes to trying your hand at making bread, just do it! I've been baking bread for about 30 years now and I still remember my first two sandwich loaves. I'm not saying they were bad, but a local contractor called and asked if I could make bricks for him. Ok… I am saying they were bad; but I got better. Go for it… you've got nothing to loose but $1.50 in ingredients and a little time.
I don’t have a mixer but I’ve made this bread twice now and it’s the best tasting white bread I’ve ever made. It makes amazing toast. I use it for Korean street toast. Yum!
I don't have a machine or a spiral thingy. Remote area. Society, have mercy on me. Suggestions for hand kneading time/techniques?
didn't roll tight enough so it sort of came out in a swirl. still delicious though!
Lol, thank you.
I've been thinking of making homemade bread 🍞.
I get the feeling you are more preoccupied with your butt and babytalk then anyone else. I like the food stuff, but the narcism is less interesting to me.
I tried your cinnamon roll recipe and they turned out awesome so I will be trying this bread recipe as well.
Hi, This bread is very good and easy to make thank you. For sharing your recipe.I like to learn whit Whole wheat flour if you have recipe can you share with me please
Around the time this video was made, it was impossible to get yeast. Fortunately, that's no longer a problem in my area.
I would be very curious to see you cook with Gordon Ramsey.
2:06 i died lmao
Is there any reason why my yeast wont rise when i use the milk?
Hey does anyone here have this issue I've have cooked this bread a few times and every time the bottom 1/4 is partly undercooked i even uped the baking time to 55 to 60 mins and i have the same result i bake at 350 non convention oven also the sides of my bread does not get brown like in the video just the exposed parts do
I made this yesterday. Perfect. Thank you. Then this morning I made breakfast sandwiches with caramelized bacon and onions and eggs. Put a little Dijon mustard on the bread after toasting it up. Delish.
Wow, this bread it truly delicious! I have tried several sandwich bread recipes and this one is by far the best in terms of texture and flavor. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!
Tomatoes are poison
First attempt: it’s fine but it’s a lil bit too salty
Second: aw frick my oven burnt it and it’s both burnt and undercooked cuz my bread do be kinda thicc

I want to see him try to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich better
Probably shouldn't be teaching people with a $400 stand mixer how to make a simple sandwich loaf. I've got my HANDS, MAN!
