After grilling up a good-sized steak to medium, marinate it for a few hours in a sauce of lime juice, fish sauce, chili sauce, green onion, lemongrass, cilantro, mint and sugar. Pour sauce and meat over a bed of lettuce and cucumber, then garnish with cherry tomatoes and cilantro.

Lemongrass 1 inch? That is a NO. People can choke and die.
You can't eat lemongrass 1 inch. Very thinly slice, yes. Just a few pieces.
1 cup lime juice? 1/3 cup fish sauce? 1/2 cup white sugar? Overall this is a bad recipe.
