Cheap Lazy Vegan says:

RESPONDING TO SOME COMMENTS I'M SEEING – Yes, I am aware that a cow does not have to be PREGNANT the entire time they are producing milk, I apologize for my poor choice of words. What I meant was that a cow MUST be impregnated and give birth to a calf in order to produce milk. Here's a quote from BC DAIRY (yes, this is a quote from the dairy industry) – "Before any cow can make milk, she must have a calf. A female dairy cow will have her first calf when she is around two years old and will produce milk for around 10 months. After each 10 month period, each cow will have two months of rest “off”. Before they begin producing milk again, they must have another calf."

Eadwine9 says:

"creamers" tend to be very sweet…..eww….I recommend califia full fat oat milk….froths nicely for espresso drinks as well.

Eadwine9 says:

yogurt has a lot of sugar tho

Eadwine9 says:

oat and cashew are my favs

Mary Saephanh says:

My blood work came back with high antibodies to dairy… makes perfect sense. Dairy isn't used in cambodian cuisine.

JPMasonDun says:

I am white European and have been dairy intolerant since I was 28 yrs old. I use coconut or oat milk as a replacement. And I don’t support any of the dairy industry bc there are no ethics regarding animals. So, please continue to talk about this subject to make others aware.

Krizzmin says:

I hadn't been able to drink milk by the time I was in middle school, but could still consume cheese, yogurt, ice cream, etc for several years. I was aware of and hated the dairy industry, but couldn't find a good way to stop consuming it, until lactose intolerance went full force and I couldn't consume any of it at all without getting sick. Replacements are much better than I ever expected and have made it much easier.

H Grace says:

I have been vegetarian for more than half my life. I have been dairy free before but I went back to it. Now I’m going dairy free again. I don’t have any digestive issues but I have a lot of reasons. The one thing I have found challenging is coffee creamer. I haven’t found a really great replacement.

dork_mork says:

Oml when you said "dairy is what keeps vegitarians from going vegan" I felt so called out lmao! I've cut out all meat and most byproducts out of my diet, but cheese specifically haunts me (not even dairy in general, I've never liked milk either). I know once I just go long enough without it I won't miss it and will be much healthier for it, but it really is hard to drop lol so thanks for making this video <3

J C says:

You talk way to much about shit that doesn't matter

hannah says:

thank you so much queen

Wendy U says:

So no icecream for life 🥲

Jessica Williams says:

I am almost dairy free….i still like milk chocolate every now and then. I have started drinking my coffee with vanilla instead of creamer.

Фикус Религиоза says:

if you do not milk the cow she will have mastitis

Transhumanist says:

We should drink our own specie's milk. Lol

precious life says:

Thank you so much for this video!

Leo09 says:

Omg thank you so much for teaching me about the coconut whipped trick. I have a ton of coconut cream cans and that will be perfect to use for.

Judy's Bakery and Test Kitchen says:

New to dairy free. Still in shock. Your video is a huge help.

New subscriber. I can’t wait to see all your other videos.

Do you make pizza? What do you use for cheese?

ThecurlyGirlElle says:

I actually can’t have anything with dairy at all

Arissen Solare says:

Sonya Blade says:

CDD KYLES64 says:
