How to make katsudon at home?
Katsudon is Katsu(fried meat), onion, egg and katsudon sauce over a bowl of rice.
It can also be written Katsu don or Katsu-don.

*if you have no dashi, you can cook without dashi and use chicken stock.
Dashi : Soy sauce : Mirin
5 : 1 : 1 roughly
Add sugar to this until it is tastier.
Onions add sweetness too.
1-2 eggs per serving is recommended
1. Cook the onions in the above liquid
2. Add Katsu into the pan
3. Add long onions and lightly beaten eggs
4. Cook with lid on, medium heat for 5 minutes
5. Top it on a bowl of rice
