My version of low carb fried cheese. This recipe is simple and easy and paired with my low carb marinara sauce, it makes for a great appetizer or snack.

Fried Cheese Ingredients

3/4 cup ā€“ ground pork rinds
1/2 cup ā€“ grated (canned) parmesan cheese
1 tsp ā€“ garlic powder
3/4 tsp ā€“ Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp ā€“ dried oregano
1/4 tsp ā€“ salt
1/2 tsp ā€“ dried basil
2 large beaten eggs
Block or sliced (not shredded) cheese of your choice
