Maple fudge is a delicious fudge recipe that you can make with NO SUGAR added. The only sweetener is the natural sugars inside of maple syrup. A wonderful addition to any Christmas party. Ingredients list below but be sure to watch the video to know how to mix them appropriately.

Does the recipe call for 2 1/4 cups of Maple syrup – recipe not very clear on that for those of us not in the US or Canada.?

I love the sound of this and want to make it with Brasil nuts incorporated into the block (buying Maple brasils here in the UK is SO expensive (ยฃ10 for 10 pieces!) Love the fact that I will be able to use my Kitchen aid to help me as I am not strong enough to beat the mixture until it is the right consistency.
