Still wish I knew how to dutch cocoa. As it is, because Fair Trade Certified/EqualExchange cocoa matters so much to me, I don't really have acess to dutched baking cocoa, since no one seems to sell it as certified for non-human-trafficking. So, I would need to dutch the plain baking cocoa that I do have access to – but I don't know how. Help?

Just never use dried blueberries from the bulk sections in stores. The chemicals they use in the drying process ruin their flavor – they taste the way hot tar smells! Disgusting!!!
