Martha, (and most of the the other food presenters on YouTube), I notice you use a lot of plastic wrap to help gather up the pastry, even to cover pastry cream, etc, temporarily. What happens to that wrap after its single use? What could you substitute – maybe a thin silicon sheet? I know it’s so very convenient – single use plastic – but we need to open our minds to making changes if we want to save this planet.
