Q: Where is your accent from?
A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.

Q: Do you work? What do you work as?
A: I worked in Marketing and PR but I am currently focusing on my vlog full time.

Q: Who’s in your family?
A: I have been married to Matt for 7 years, he is the love of my life! We have three sons – Fraser is 7, Caleb is 4 and baby Jackson who is 1.

Q: What camera do you use to film?
A: I film my videos with the Canon G7X and Olympus Pen EPL7.

Q: What lighting do you use?
A: I use natural lighting 90% of the time and a softbox light during the winter / dark evenings.

Q: Where do you get music from?
A: Epidemic Sound, Soundcloud and the Youtube Library.

I find it odd that people hide vegetables. If they are fed them from being babies, kids love vegetables. My kids are adults now but they just held broccoli and cauliflower in their hands, I never hid them. I’m not sure if this is a more recent problem. We all sat at the table and ate the same food. Interested that you mentioned blending baby food when they were being weaned. I think that might be the problem. I didn’t mash food . Children are very happy to eat the same food as you. I wonder, at what age do start giving children vegetables that look like vegetables? My funniest experience was the fact that whenever my kids had friends round to eat I was often told that one or other of the children were fussy. Well no. If we all sat down and ate together they would eat everything. Their parents couldn’t believe it. I was never mean but if children didn’t eat what was offered they could have a bowl of cereal. I never made a separate meal.

I would fix these yummy food items for my Son, they love to see you put care into what they eat.

It helps so much to see them satisfied eating their food, I don't like the salty, unhealthy processed food.

Can you use sardines instead of tuna for the fish cakes? Sardines are a lot healthier than tuna.
