Super rich and tasty “Japanese version” pesto with miso and eggplant.

[Ingredients / 2 servings]

Pesto sauce (4 servingns)
Fresh basil 1 cup
Pine nuts 1/4 cups
Miso 1/2 tbsp
Olive oil 1/2 cup
Garlic 1-2 cloves

Eggplant 2 oz
Rigatoni 5 oz
