We have miso soup in Japan, 320 days a year.

160ml is dashi
3/4 – 1 tablespoon of miso
*each miso paste label is different, you want to cook it to your taste.
A bit of ofu (or fu), spring onions and Wakame seaweed.
Nowadays, you could also find miso paste with dashi powder already added. If you buy those, you just need miso paste and water to make miso soup.
