I made this one day prior to serving. I let it sit in the refrigerator overnight and I picked off the congealed fat. Once you reheat it it loses all of that gamy flavor and itโ€™s absolutely delicious

Wrote down all the ingredients from this video, took awhile with the face past of this video. But made this dish tonight in my brand new Tagine and it turned out real delicious and flavorful. Those spices really added some nice flavor. Will surely make it again and tweaking the recipe to my needs.

if you want to do the lamb the originally morrocan way you should make it with the onions ginger curcumin (and definitely not cumin)
salt and black pepper and not the red one and some rancid butter called "smen" and finally some raisins and prunes it goes with fried almonds and sesame
