Wash Romaine by cutting off the bottom, separate the leaves in big bowl soak and rinse. Chop/ slice small and use salad spinner to remove water or drain a couple of times by tipping bowl over!

Love salads, eat it often. I have done some of these combinations you just presented. The only dressing I had to my salad is either olive oil or vinaigrette.
