HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE

1. Meals can last in fridge 3-4 days. Put the ones you won’t eat within that time in the freezer.
2. If frozen, take out the night before you plan to eat it and place in fridge.
3. Reheat in a covered saute pan for a few minutes or eat cold… or put in your Hot Logic! Watch the following video if you don’t know what a Hot Logic is!

200g cheddar cheese
2 (15 oz) cans diced tomatoes
cajun spice
salt
pepper
corn chips (optional)
scallions (optional garnish)

MACROS if you divide into 8 SERVINGS with NO CHIPS (KETO):

Carbohydrates: 3.75

Random thought: I have a huge dislike when Im eating nachos at parties, because I'll be sitting in a chair….then people (my father and brother are notorious for this action) stand on either side behind my shoulder and lean over me. Then they chew like cattle and tortilla crumbs are raining down on me. Luckily I wear a hat most days.
