2 tbsp Avacado oil
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

I let mine defrost in fridge over night then before final prep I let them sit in the sun wrapped in paper towel. You can not thaw frozen fish enough! Must be as if caught out of the water.
