If you want a healthy breakfast, eat bacon and eggs; that is protein and good fats. This oats breakfast is just carbs and fructose. You may aswell be eating a bowl of sugar! If you want to develop diabetes eat this crap. But of course you say it with such sweetness and conviction that people actually believe it.
