INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 lb skinless boneless salmon filets cut into 4 filets (5 oz each about 1″ thick)
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp grated lemon zest
4 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice from 2 lemons
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced

Followed this to a t but my salmon was really soft and light coloured as opposed to yours which looks slightly brown, and started to break apart when I tried taking out of the pan. I’m using an induction stove would you recommend cooking on a slightly higher heat?
