Today I present my Philly Cheese Steak Casserole. It’s loaded with steak, onion, peppers and the cheesy goodness of a traditional cheese steak sandwich, all wrapped up in an easy to make, low carb recipe.

Ingredients:

32 ounces ribeye or chuck eye steak
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1/2 yellow onion, chopped

4 large eggs
1 3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder

Ooh, La la! Can't wait to try this one. Papa G! 1 question- I have some nice quality chipped steak from a butcher down the street. Not sure what cut ofn beef its from, but it's sliced very thin.
