Sweet chilli mango dressing:
1 small white onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger powder
1 red pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin seeds
1cm fresh chilli
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 mango
1 lime (juice)
1/2 cup water
1tbsp. olive oil
sea salt

Butterbean beetroot dip:
230g cooked butterbeans
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 large beetroot
2 sprigs fresh dill
sea salt

Yoghurt tahini dressing:
200g light tahini
100g yogurt (I used coconut)
1 tsp. oregano or mixed herbs
1 finely minced garlic cloves
1 lemon (juice)
drizzle raw local honey
¾ cup water
sea salt
black pepper

Hey tish i don’t kno if you’ll be able to see my comment but hopefully you could. I just seen in your video a section where you can capitalize off of when you mentioned your mango sauce and you said e-book you should cut off the scene of showing how to make the mango sauce and force the viewer to purchase your e-book. I hate to think in such a capitalization way but in order to survive in this system you kinda gotta implement this into your ways. Hope you get the messages and thank you for dropping these videos🙏🙏🙏🧀🍷

hoooney!! YEEEESSS you want to know why I LOVE this? because the kale, the broccoli, and the cabbage were cooked or steam! making it the more nutrient rich! and able to bine with cholesterol molecules that are in the blood vessels and THE USE OF RICE (or quinoa which is much more nutrient rich than rice) !! this is something I can cook for sure, I just adore this. Thank you tish for making this and for been so god darn cute!

I would love to cook like this but I live in Canada and pay 6.99 for a head of cauliflower, $6.00 for a small head of red cabbage, Napa cabbage is 11$, fresh broccoli is 5$ for a small head. Fresh affordable veg here is carrots, potatoes or turnips. Must be nice to have fresh food so readily available at a reasonable price.

Mmmmm!! These look fabulous. The only thing I would change is the steamed cabbage. I would use Kimchi. Everything is better with some Korean Kimchi. <3. My favorite is the kind Maangchi (here on YT) makes.
