As I am still working I am always looking for an easy after work meal. This is wonderful I can’t wait to try it. It’s easy, economical and great taste a win win for me…Thank you so much!

Judith Shirley says:

I had stopped cooking pork chops because they come out dry unless I do them in the slow cooker. I am tempted with these but a bit worried with the news saying most of our pork is being grown here but prepared in China. Understandable concerned about buying pork now. Any advice on getting safe pork?

harold thomas says:

Love this I tweaked it a little. Layered chops and potatoes and added can of cream of mushroom soup. simple and delicious… thank you

Andrew Hegarty says:

Bloody hell luv you have buttered those poor chops to death. They’ve turned over more times than a Parisienne lady of the night.

Stephanie murria says:

I would rather use bone in chops. Thanks.😋

newton desouza says:

You say lay the chops over the potatoes and bake total time 1hour 20mins isn’t that going to make the potatoes all mushy and soft

Angela Xirogiannis says:

Looks good, but freshly squeezed lemons (found in abundance in every Greek kitchen!) and fresh crushed and sliced garlic is the only way to go with this dish!

Silvia Figueroa says:

Delicious, yummy! Gracias for sharing this recipe. 🌹😘🙏🏻🙏🏻

Martha Guinta says:

Looks great. Wanna try it. So it was 40 min, flip chops, 45 more min, cover with foil for how long? Then you said it was one hour and seven min but the first 85 min is longer than that. Please clarify this delicious looking recipe.

Guillermo Santiago says:

Mary,
I made this today and it was easy and delicious. I did add baby carrots to the potatoes for a little sweetness.
Thank you!

lilbirdz Tube says:

You start at 375 degrees and then bump it up to 390, but you don't say how long to bake at 375. I get that the total is 40 minutes, so is it 20 and 20 minutes? Then you say 5 minutes at 400 and cover with foil. If the total is about 70 minutes, something is very off by about 15 or 20 minutes. Help!

maria 11 says:

Looks so delicious I'm cooking me some to but with fresh garlic clovers and steak shop seasoning and soul seasoning what's some cut up onions and potatoes and green beans😉
