MAYO SAUCE RECIPE
1/2 cup mayo (your choice)
3 cloves minced garlic
1 minced jalapeno
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp each kosher salt and black pepper

Mix all ingredients together and set in fridge until time to serve.

Very creative use of left over pulled pork! CREOLE MUSTARD! I love it. When you were making the mayo mixture I was thinking; “Add Creole Mustard! Put Creole Mustard in it!” Then a little later you used a lot of CREOLE MUSTARD! And I exclaimed out loud; “Oh YEAH”! Great video! Who needs a black stone when you have black iron!
