zadran zadrani says:

this cuisine is extremely unhealthy from different point of view. first of all, aluminum should never been used for cooking, specially aluminum sheet which easily can get into food and it has serious health problem. further more. there is also the issue of long hours of cooking. if food cook for long hour some of its good nutrition convert to bad and harmful substances, you can cook lamb or beef with pressure cooker for just under 30 minutes no need to cook and waste energy for 2 or 3 hours.

Rose Baldacchino says:

Grandmothers Kitchen says:

What other types flavorings have you used while preparing lamb?  The original recipe for this called for white wine, but all I had was this delicious beer and I am so glad that I did!
