Shakshuka is a tomato base egg dish made all over middle east and north Africa

Ingredients :

6 eggs
1 medium red onion
1 cup bell peppers
2 cup of tomato puree
2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper corn
salt
coriander or parsley and Feta cheese for garnish

We call it Melemen in Turkey. but we add small beaf meat. it is eaten in breakfast.
