Healthy Chinese Dish – Sliced Pork and Chive Flower!
Chives contain nutrients important for a healthy diet. It’s a rich source of vitamin C and may alleviate colds and runny noses.

Check out the ingredients for this recipe(serves 2):
• 1.1lbs Chive Flower
• 0.5lbs Pork
• 1tsp Salt
• 0.5tsp Pepper
• 1tsp Corn Starch
• 1tsp Olive Oil
• 1tsp Soy Sauce
Slice pork first. Then add 1tsp. of salt and pepper, 1tsp. of corn starch and 1tsp. of olive oil to marinate for 5-10mins when you do step 2.
Cut chive flower into small section. Discard the bottom and top(flower) of chive flower.
Use a large pan, add 3 tbsp. of olive oil. Turn on the heat to high.
Add pork into it, keep stirring for 5mins or until browned.
Add 1tsp. of soy sauce then stir for 1min. Afterwards, turn off the heat, take out pork then clean up the pan.
Use the clean pan, turn on the heat to high. Add 2tbsp. of olive oil.
Once the oil is hot, add chive flower into the pan. Stir 30 seconds or until chive flower has softened.
Add cooked pork, stir 10 seconds and add 0.5tsp. of salt to taste. Then remove from heat.
Plate your dish! I hope you enjoy this healthy and low calories dish!
