Jalapenos….you're right use care!! I cut up some once and thought I'd cleaned my hands really well and then made the mistake of rubbing the tender skin around my eye and did it burn!!!! After that, when I cut up jalapenos I use disposable latex gloves and after I'm done with my jalapenos, I dispose of them!!! Use care with jalapenos or you'll be big time sorry!!

my jerky recipe is just top round, salt, chili powder, and smoke, and I don't think you would want store jerky again if you had it.

Gaff tape has limitless uses. Never thought of using it for a beer holder for chainsaw bottle openers. Probably won't try it myself though.
