Hey guys… I made this whole dish in my cast iron. I pretty much followed every step he said except I didn’t move it to a 3rd dish. After cooking up all the stovetop ingredients I let it cool and then poured the cream mixture into the same cast iron skillet everything was cooked in and popped it all in the oven

Thank you so, so much for preventing us the monotony of bland, same old, same old food! A request? Do you think you could make a Mississippi Comeback sauce in a low carb version? I've searched, but most use ingredients that still make the ending product too high in carbs for this extremely carb sensitive gal! Thank you again for all you do! You are the best!

I made it yesterday. Due to food allergies and diet restrictions, I left out jalapenos, black olives, cayenne, garlic, salt and chili powder. The Rotel MILD had enough spice for me. I smashed a can of refried beans in the bottom before layering burger mixture then egg and cheese mixture. I used about half the amount of spices but minus the salt and pepper. Added grated cheddar to the egg mixture then topped with Mexican Four Cheese. I put in 9×13 dish cuz I wanted it spread out thinner. Served on chopped lettuce and some sour cream. Perfect! I'm alone so I have enough for several meals, including today's breakfast!!! 😋😋😋 Some guacamole would be good on the side!!!
