Vegan Caramel Frappuccino – Low Carb, Low Fat, Low Calorie

This starbucks hack is dairy free. It’s thick and creamy while being low fat, low carb and low calorie. The xanthan gum is optional but it pretty much transforms this from being watery/icy to being a slightly thicker drink without adding cream. I did add a little cocowhip and caramel date syrup to make it fancy. *It’s worth mentioning that a little xanthan gums goes a long way. Just a pinch will get the job done!
