Add some of the pasta water, it'll make a sauce and you'll be able to get a forkful without it all sticking together.

off topic: do you think I can use seitan powder to make vegan soft mozzarella cheese? your videos make me want to try these recipes out but I always get weird products (I don't follow the instructions properly so I want to actually try following some diligently from now on, but holy freak many ingredients are hugely expensive in comparison to others at least where I live).

Here's a tip with the garlic bread (toast?), add in nooch!! Also add onion powder and oregano. I always do this for my garlic bread and I'm obsessed with it!
