This recipe spicey if you have kids cut the pepper flakes in half.

2 tablespoon Vegan butter
1 cup onions
5 cloves garlic
1/3 cup A1 sauce
1&1/2 tablespoon better than bouillon vegetable
1 tablespoon Vegan Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 can of young jackfruit in water or brine
3 cups water + 2 tablespoon cornstarch
5 small red potatoes
2 cups carrots
2 ribs of celery
2 cups of mushroom

Regular Worcester sauce contains anchovies make sure if youโ€™re following this you use vegan Worcester sauce

I was told to remove all the seeds (?) from the jackfruit before cooking. But I see you didn't remove them. I'm always left with a tiny bit of jackfruit after all the seeds have been removed. Do they actually cook down into the meat so you can't tell they're there? Just curious, and thanks for sharing such great vegan recipes. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿค—
