looks good Laura. is it vegetarian too? If it is, can I skip the poultry seasoning? but what about if it's kosher? still skip the poultry seasoning for veggie seasoning and keep the dairy products?

I made this today with short crust pastry at the bottom and it was amazing! I also used chicken stock cubes that were vegetarian friendly instead of vegetable stock and it worked perfectly well. Thanks for the recipe Laura!

This recipe is absolutely delicious! I made it with Marie Callender pie crust instead of puff pastry. This dish would be a great add to any holiday table. I will try some more of her recipes… this lady can cook! The only problem is you will want to eat the whole dish but don't, share because it's wonderful.
what do you think about topping with biscuit dough???

This was good but my pot pie mixture came out watery (more like soup). Maybe I didn't cook it long enough after adding the heavy cream . Any suggestions ?

Hi Laura..Tried this recipe but couldn't find Yams (in Malta Europe), so I put chopped pumpkin. I also put puff pastry on the sides and bottom of the pan as I prefer it that way. Mmmm. Everyone enjoyed it. Tried to upload pic ..will try again..:) Marika
