Salt will definitely draw out the moisture in the mushrooms. But it's not necessarily a bad thing, as it happens inevidebly. The most important thing about sauteeing mushrooms is to not crowd the pan, otherwise they'll just poach in their own juices. I'm going to say in the end.

Hey Bobby, maybe you already have a vid like this, but I have a vid suggestion. Meal prep several of your personal meal staples, cooked in batches. I tend to get tired eating the same meal several days in a row, but if I cook in batches and mix and match side dishes, it feels less monotonous.. idk, just a though. 😘

Love Ramen!! I always use the yam noodles for low carb option. Thought you weren't supposed to cook the miso but add it after you turned off the heat. It loses some of its nutrients? TFS!
