Typical for fasting (which is a double edged sword in the long run)…

So funny how people get worried and research a plant based diet before starting it, but don’t hesitate to eat McDonald’s and junk food

Thank you for this video ..

Is it possible for a campaign to make identifiable bone meal produced consumer goods. Since we left the EU it has been reported that BSE is occurring in cattle. I notice too that my digestion, although my diet is vegan, has been adversely affected recently

Stumbled upon this….dingbats?

I am all for it and been doing it for a couple of years. But i am still to be convinced that it will arrest heart disease with me.

Laurens Roller says:

Um, this is an obviously biased report featuring glowing assessments of vegetarianism. If humans should be vegetarian, explain human teeth. ( our teeth are omnivorous). Explain how the Boisei vegtarian tribe died of malnutrition.

Ramon ETC says:

Yes indeed and fruits are number one period. Especially those high in moisture/water.

This is absolutely amazing 🤩

Okay I get the whole what happens to your body when you go plant-based after a day or a week but to put after 1 hour is really asinine and makes you look completely unprofessional and stupid. Sorry no other way to put it. If I want to go have vegetables for an hour and see how I feel an hour afterwards that's not really the digestion of what happens to my body when I go plant-based. Going plant-based for 1 hour is something that most people can do daily it's called have lunch and make sure that you don't have any protein with it for instance.

So if you truly want to be taken seriously at any point I would say it should be what happens to body when you go plant-based after a day, a week a month a year. You know where you have empirical data not one hours worth of data from eating vegetables and not eating meat for 1 hour.

Is my common sense, or logic flawed? Please explain.

MEDICINAL HERB NERD USA says:

I was meant to watch this video right at this moment. I so need to switch to this plant based diet forever. Or I'm gonna die too early.

Alberto Rojas says:

Viva la vegan
