1 large banana
2 cups frozen berries
1 orange
1 tsp greens powder (I use morninga)
1 tsp maca powder
1/4 cup water
Blend until smooth and top with –

2 T coconut flakes
1/2 cup granola
1 T peanut butter

(Use what you have on hand)

3 cups spring greens
1 cup sprouts
1/4 cup red onion
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1 tomato chopped
1/2 cucumber chopped
1/4 cup sauerkraut
1 avocado
1/2 lemon
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and enjoy.


1 pack of tofu, pressed
3 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp date syrup
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp ginger juice or minced ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate tofu in this sauce for 15 minutes.

Once the tofu is marinated pour the extra dressing into a bowl and set aside. Toss with 3 tbsp garbanzo bean flour (or any gluten free flour)

Cook tofu in air fryer on 375 for 15 minutes
(This should work fine in a normal oven as well)


2 cups cooked brown rice
3 cups shredded cabbage mix
1/4 cup cilantro
2 green onions minced
Cooked tofu
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp date syrup
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1/2 lemon

While your tofu is cooking assemble the bowl ingredients and add the rest of the marinade that you set aside. Add tofu when it is ready and top with sesame seeds, date syrup, coconut aminos and lemon juice.

You can sub date syrup for maple or agave.

Peanut butter is so inflammitory… the tyramine causes insaaaaane migraines and ups and bumps to the cerebral spinal fluid if its out of whack (idiopathic intracranial hypertension as an example) :/ not to mention the mold they contain. we arent supposed to eat peanuts at all. I leave them to the monkeys. So many of these foods i see here are inflammatory. Longterm bad health for inflammatory foods such as nuts seeds grains soy etc

I made the dinner dish and changed a few things (I could not find date syrup at the store store so I used another sweetener). Added some other beans and lentils and took out the green onions and parsley (didn't have any). It was SO YUMMY! My little sibling also loved it. I made two giant bowls and now have yummy left overs for tomorrow.

I am thankful for you and your channel. It's helping me turn my life around and stay vegan.

Question: How important would you say water plays into keeping your weight down? I’m a vegan (mostly Whole Foods and lots of veggies) and I work out a good amount and and try to eat very intuitively, but I’m still 10/15 pounds overweight. I always don’t drink enough water and I wonder if upping my water game could help. Thoughts friends??
