Here’s another IBS friendly what I eat in a day, full of gluten free and low FODMAP recipes. Hopefully they’ll curb your IBS related bloating too.
As it’s been really hot here in the UK this summer, we’ve been eating light and quick meals (then I don’t have to heat up the house with the oven!) but best of all… we’ve been having BBQs!
