Cacao PB Smoothie:
– 4-5 ice cubes
– 1 frozen banana
– 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
– 1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
– 1 tsp maca powder
– 1 tbsp hemp seeds
– 1 tbsp vanilla protein
– soy milk to desired consistency

Vegan Big Brekky:
– 1 x small handful of kale
– 2 x large handfuls of fresh spinach
– 1 tsp pink salt
– 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
– 1 tsp olive oil
Cherry Tomatoes:
– 8-10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
– 1 tsp olive oil
– 1 tsp pink salt
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp black pepper
BBQ Tempeh:
– 1/2 block Hero Foods Chickpea Tempeh
– 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
– 1 tsp olive oil
Smashed Avocado:
– 1 x avocado
– juice of 1/2 a lime
– pinch of pink salt
Served with:
– 2 x pieces toast
– 1/2 a lime
– sesame seeds
– alfalfa
– spring onion

Satay Tempeh and Rice:
– 1/2 cup rice, cooked
– 1/2 block Hero Foods chickpea tempeh, roasted with olive oil, salt and sesame seeds
– 1 bunch broccolini, roasted with garlic powder, salt and olive oil
– spring onions, to serve
– sesame seeds, to serve
– 3 x cos lettuce leaves, thinly sliced
Satay Sauce:
– 1/2 cup peanut butter
– 1 cup water
– 2 tsp maple syrup
– 1 tsp pink salt
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp black pepper

Hot Cacao:
– 1 1/2 cups soy milk
– 2 heaped tbsp cacao powder
– 1 tsp maca powder
– pinch of pink salt
– 2 tsp maple syrup
