Hello there, thanks for watching. This is a pretty typical example of what I eat in a day. I am gluten, dairy, and soy free because I have PCOS and most recommendations for this syndrome suggest a gluten, dairy, and soy free diet. I have found that I have more energy, better intestinal health, and clearer skin after switching to this diet and being consistent in it.
