Hi guys! I’ve gotten so many comments asking is I could make a “What I eat in a day” and here it is :) I had lots of fun creating this video for you all. My current weight fluctuates between 153 lbs – 155 lbs and I’m at a very happy place with my weight. So, things that I’m currently eating are to help maintain my current weight. I still eat very low carbs but still consume enough (good) carbs to have a healthy balance diet.

Hey girl, Im a new sub watching your videos from the oldest first. I'm not sure if you know but us Asian have a different bmi for healthy weight at 23 because of our predisposition to put on weight in the abdominal area. I'm the same height as you and our healthy weight for bmi is 135lbs 🙈 I was so happy when I hit 145lbs but that's just the international bmi standard…the journey continues on!

Congratulations on losing the weight and maintaining it. It seems your maintenance program isn't too low carb, but the smaller portions seem to work for you. It's a healthy way of eating, and with working out, it seems to hold you at your current weight. My problem is that if I start to incorporate little fruits here, a piece of bread there, I start to get hungry within a couple of hours. Sometimes I do even if I have eaten almost no carbs, but carbs are what make me gain weight. I'm on the Carbohydrate Addict's Diet, with some modifications I can live with. Good job!

Nice video. If you want to avoid slowing down your wt loss accidentally, don’t use the typical green teas. They contain tons of naturally-occurring FLUORIDE in the growing process (the leaves tend to attract the fluoride contained in the water). Fluoride will blunt thyroid function (which can cause weight gain), even if the blunting doesn’t show up on a doctor’s TSH thyroid blood test. BTW ur TSH score shouldn’t be any higher than 2.0, no matter what the dr or lab “standard ranges” say… It may indeed show up as a higher TSH (the green tea/fluoride blunting). But you CAN have green tea IF you choose a product that has had the FLUORIDE REMOVED: Chi Tea Organic Green Tea non-alcohol tincture (available at VivaHerbals.com or Amazon). It’s a dropper bottle with highly concentrated green tea in it. Just drop a couple of drops in some hot water.

How to make your Pyrex rectangular dish clear & like new with zero effort:

Place in empty sink & spray with oven cleaner all around. Let sit for 10 mins, wash with scrubby sponge. RINSE WELL.
