Brylan and I eat prefer to eat a healthy, gluten free, mostly organic & mostly dairy free diet. Here is an example of what we eat in a day. These are actual recipes that we make each week and truly enjoy!

Recipe Details:
For Sweet Potato Fries- Bake at 425 for 20-30 minute (you can broil for a couple minutes to add some crisp)
For marinated salmon- after marinating, place salmon on a lined baking sheet, and place in the oven at 415 for 12-15 minutes.

I don't know why I love these What I eat in a day videos so much but they are some of my favorite videos! ha! I think it's because I get new ideas for meals. So, how would you have a warm smoothie exactly? Like without melting it all?? Did the warm blueberries make it warm enough? I like smoothies but I don't have them often for breakfast because I love to eat something warm in the mornings. I make salmon at least once a week. it's our fave fish.! I usually make mine with a little honey and dark brown sugar. YUMMY! Also, Walmart has these crinkle cut sweet potatoes. It's the only place I have found them so far. They aren't seasoned or fried or anything,. They are just sweet potatoes that have been cut like fries. I like to put a couple of tablespoons of olive oil over them, a little sea salt and bake them and they are like fries but without all the extra junk that comes with french fries.

A warm smoothie sounds so yummy, I'm definitely going to look into that bone broth powder to have on hand. one of my good friends lives on a farm with her husband and their diet is what they have on their land. They make actual bone broth straight from their own grassfed cows. it's amazing what that example sets in my brain. I almost never want to shop at a regular store haha I do try my best to do with what I have available and within budget. y'all help with that 😄 Lisa I love your bangs by the way, your face shape is perfect for them. I have failed that hairstyle many moons ago lol

Nicely done – you're both a great light!!! With the sweet potatoes – we don't have those as much available, we use yams and we add the oil, salt, pepper and chili powder and you can add a bit of garlic powder if you like. Brylan and Lisa, where to do get the majority of your info and recipes from Dr. Axe? So much that I find include me having to pay for a subscription. Also, I have Celica and dairy allergies and I try so hard to eat the exact way you two do however it seems to get pricey! Do you have any tips or tricks to help with cost or cost effective brands that you like to use?
