Ive realised you dont use alot of basil in your dishes? Do you try to avoid basil or is it just a coincidence ? I’ve been trying to figure out if it’s basil that upsets me :)

HI Becky and Mark, I recently ( this week) had a huge flare up in my gut ( and was so poorly) which was so painful and so now I really need to be careful and came across your channel and I love it!!! it’s really helped me feel confident with cooking and food that will help me in the future. So love marrowfat peas!! But rarely buy them as everyone in my family hates them. Great that you got through Christmas without ibs pain. I so missed sprouts this year as I would've had cramps for days after. Great vlog guys xx

I really love your videos, they are very helpful and make me so hungry each time!! So yummy! Sadly, I didn't survive Christmas (I might have caught a bug because I haven't been that sick in a long time though) and this year, once again, I have to cancel my plans for the New year…I don't have many occasion to go out anymore, IBS really isolated me, especially since my "friends" don't want to understand that this is serious handicap and think I'm canceling because I prefer to stay home. I stay home because I have no other choice and it makes me sad but what can you do? Loperamine is not working anymore for me so… Anyway, thanks for the delicious recipes!

Had a great Christmas and ate salmon, DF mashed potatoes and green beans while the family had steak pie, mashed potatoes with cream through it and Brussels. Didn’t feel awkward or weird cuz I knew I wouldn’t be up through the night in agony!! Your channel has been a blessing Becky! What a difference your help has made!!! You and Mark ROCK!! I kinda ate everything I am not supossed to eat and relied on my probiotics which was sooo dumb because they obviously help but only if I eat what makes me feel good.. I’m stupid and my stomach is bloated since Christmas.. need to detox the next two days because otherwise people will think I’m pregnant on NYE😂 but great video, thank you!

Living with ibs and lactose intolerance is very uncomfortable at times. My mum has coeliac and is super sensitive when it comes to cross contamination, but managed a Christmas dinner without any problems.
