Wild Goose Breast recipe by the BBQ Pit Boys

Thanks! Share it with your friends!

Call in the Geese. An environmental problem solved when you cook up some wild Canadian Geese breast on the grill. Over 90% of the meat in a Goose is the breast, so many hunters use the “breast-out” method when preparing geese for a meal. Watch Jitterbug demonstrate the technique, put together a Chairman Goose Marinade for tenderizing and flavor, and grill it slow over a pit fire.

Canada!!!! Not Canadian…. sorry

Jorge Larson says:

slice it, pound it, fork it, Brine it, sauce it with 7 different spices…  run it thru a leaf shredder :) .  I am guessing this is a challenging meat to cook.  It takes a real chef to make it work.

Zanzibar And Grill says:

Small point. They’re Canada Geese, not Canadian Geese, unless you shoot it in Canada then it’s a Canadian Canada Goose.

mister man says:

They say to cook a goose you put a goose and a 2 by 4 in the oven you cook it once it’s done you throw out the goose And eat the 2 by 4 but as i like to say anything with enough spices and breading or butter can taste great 👍

tilley Schmolph says:

Make sure you wear goose calls around your neck at night when you cook and leave an uncased gun leaning up along side put some shotgun shells on the grill… dipshits…..

Awesome video got me soon hungry

Stacey Ledoux says:

I'm a Cree Indian from Saskatchewan, Canada. Every fall, American hunters come out and basically try drop every bird they see haha. At the end of the hunting day they drive around with truck fulls of geese to give away. Tradition dictates that no part of an animal should be wasted but there's so many geese that need cleaning that I just breast them out Tastes like roast beef if it's cooked and seasoned well

Morgan McCrindle says:

and somewhere in Canada there is a canadian pit master about to cook up a bald eagle.
