Chinese Seafood Soup !!!

how to cook Chinese seafood soup very simple and make healthy at the same time. I love to add in some vegs with scallop and shrimp thicken with cornstarch mix top with beaten egg white. my family fan to eat the soup. 4 cups of water or stock, some ginger, some garlic, some vegs, some scallop, some shrimp, 3 TPS of cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup of water to thicken the soup, salt and pepper, sesame oil.

This is one of my favorite style of seafood soup. One of our local chinese buffets makes one very similar to this recipe. They add some small tofu cubes in theirs. Great upload TY
