Klara says:

Nice video, I like this type of videos 😍👍

Alex May says:

Made a Patreon so some of us can support you directly and you can do fewer sponsorships!! I'm sure many can't afford it but I would love to throw you a few bucks each month for authentic content 😊

Jamie MacRae says:

I am completely willing to turn up for a 'view from the floor' series where you lie on the floor and talk about mental health, aclscendant arcs, etc

Also I too have gotten very into astrology this year! What sign are you?

Acacia Case says:

Gardein strips are a staple for me and I’ve literally never used that sauce before 😂

Māhealani Flournoy says:

Was off birth control for 10 years before I had my kid last year, and it was the best thing for my body. And I was lucky to have a partner who understood and supported me. Never had a scare before we actually planned on having a kid, and I felt so much better. Good luck!

Lacey Anne says:

Literally first in line for your cookbook haha I can't wait!!

Cayla N. says:

Yes! I’m here for this! I’m going through a very similar situation right now and this video was so great to hear! Can’t wait to see your new content!

Lacey Anne says:

One thing I love about you is your passion for music and how you're actually being proactive about it. I've always wanted to be musical, and I was until I was about 12 and then I stopped. I want so badly to play the guitar, uke, piano, and sing! Thanks for inspiring me to take the plunge (eventually haha) 💜

Kimikoo Sunshine says:

You're not alone Sarah. So many people are going through what is called a spiritual awakening or what some are calling an ascension process which is bringing many things to light. It too me decades to understand that much of the suffering that I went through in my life was trying to fit a mold that wasn't mine. Accepting the truth of others opinions that weren't mine. All of tis created a form of resistance which compounded my awakening process. I'm still in the process of learning how to love myself. On another note, I suspect that you may be empathic. Keep going inside and searching, I believe there's a lot more there. You are a beautiful young lady, inside and out.

Kathleen Elizabeth says:

I also really enjoyed Greek yogurt, but I haven’t found anything until I tried the Riviera brand! I would highly recommend it! Unfortunately it’s not too high in protein but I too mine with vegan protein granola. I bought the vegan yogurt at Costco btw.

Sabrina Luna says:

Love you too, Sarah! You're just so authentic and inspiring! Keep up the groovy work! 💖 and Big Hugs! 😁😁😁

shanayashanaya08 says:

i just love how quickly every video sarah says ‘sarahsvegankitchen’

JewelRae says:

I love my Mirena IUD. I had it put in after having my son. I can't imagine using anything else. Sucks it didn't work for you. It's great not having to worry about anything. I've been using it for nearly 11 years.

Julie says:

I take 100mg of B-6 every day for hormonal acne (recommended by a dermatologist) and it makes a big difference. Also, Target has the Gardein chick’n strips without the sauce! 😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️

Sara M says:

Ohhh sarah this makes me so happy for you. So happy you’ve been feeding your soul! I’ve been trying to “date myself” and I resonated with a lot of the stuff you said.

YI SHAN says:

Thank you for the long intro. I’m also experiencing that on and off for a long time and just told myself that I need to try to balance but also get my health, both mentally and physically, back. Your video helps me to really kick it off!

JG Lee says:

It hurts to look at you.

Eni Mai says:

When people upload longer videos (like 25+ minutes), I'm like "ugh, oh no" but you could upload 1hr-videos and I'd still watch and love them. ❤ it's like hanging out with a friend (that sounds weird).

I have a copper IUD and it doesn't affect my mood but the length of my periods (from 3-4 days to 7-9 days).

Marie c says:

Yay Sarah! <3

hannahmitchell87 says:

We share so, so many personality traits & interests it's uncanny! Glad to hear you're in a positive, focused mindset. I've found Dr Daniel Fox's YouTube videos incredibly helpful in teaching me more about BPD and coping strategies. Knowledge is power! Xxx

SLAMSwan says:

I always get creeped out by homemade kombucha. The "Mother" looks like something from X-Files.

Chandler Bing says:

please can you do a video on BPD and how i guess you recovered (since you said you dont meet the diagnostic criteria anymore). I am struggling with a break up on top of my BPD and i need something to look forward know that it gets better

Charleen Rice says:

I absolutely love where you're going with your channel! I'm constantly sitting on the floor too.

Casey Mullen says:

It's kind of hard to find, but if you can get your hands on Coyo yogurt, it's AMAZING. It's very fatty, thick, and rich-tasting in the way good Greek yogurt is. I have only been able to find it at Jungle Jim's international market in Ohio, like three hours away from me unfortunately. I think it's a UK product. It's super expensive but so worth it. It's the best vegan yogurt I've tried so far, hands down.

piupiu says:

Omg the mango price! Here it's like 3 euros minimum for one
