The simple, sticky barbecue sauce is made from common household ingredients like ketchup, honey, and garlic (which I forgot to add in this particular video, but a touch of garlic pumps up the savory flavor!) Add a spritz of lime along with some ginger and a dash of suuuuuper spicy hot sauce (if you’re daring) and whisk it all together. The sauce is better after it chilling for at least an hour, to really let those flavors develop.
