Scallop Pasta has just a few ingredients but once mixed together they are simply the perfect pairing – imagine it: cherry tomatoes, parsley, lemon zest, garlic and chilli, then add the hero of the dish, fresh scallops, lightly seared and bursting with flavour. If you’re unsure where to start with cooking seafood, this is the ideal dish – super easy but exploding with aromas of the mediterranean. Y-U-M.

300g/10.5oz Fettuccelle/Spaghetti/Fettuccine Pasta
Fresh/Dry chilli
12 scallops (approc 6 pp)
2 garlic cloves
Cherry tomatoes
1 lemon
Fresh parsley (chopped)
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Salt & Pepper

Uncle Vincenzo…..I see many cooking videos where the recipe calls for chilies. No one says what kind of chilies. What kind of chilies are you using? I can't wait to make this. I made your Linguine alle vongole like an Italian. There were a lot of cuss words involved I think I even smacked someone with a wooden spoon. LOL but all jokes aside…the kids even loved it.
P.S. To answer your question….yes I can smell that through my monitor.

Definitely looks appetizing and I really enjoy scallops. Food aside, that arrangement of Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 playing in the background is quite unique. Never heard it performed with strings and winds combined. Great choice of music!
