Maple fudge is a delicious fudge recipe that you can make with NO SUGAR added. The only sweetener is the natural sugars inside of maple syrup. A wonderful addition to any Christmas party. Ingredients list below but be sure to watch the video to know how to mix them appropriately.

Does the recipe call for 2 1/4 cups of Maple syrup – recipe not very clear on that for those of us not in the US or Canada.?

I love the sound of this and want to make it with Brasil nuts incorporated into the block (buying Maple brasils here in the UK is SO expensive (£10 for 10 pieces!) Love the fact that I will be able to use my Kitchen aid to help me as I am not strong enough to beat the mixture until it is the right consistency.
